Friendly and professional – I don't understand some of these reviews? I made an appointment since by best friend has given me such rave reviews of Dr. Ackerman. The office staff greeted me and was very friendly. The wait in the office was not long at all. When the Dr. came into the exam room she was very nice and took her time to listen to me and my frustration over my adult acne problem. Professional and courteous – 've been treated by Dr. Ackerman 5 or 6 times for various problems. She has always been professional, courteous, quick but cautious in explaining, diagnosing, treating, and follow-up. She is pleasant, courteous, a bit talkative. She is obviously very busy, but has always been properly attentive to me as to bedside manner.
Excellent! – i found the doctor to be very professional. she knew exactly what i had but took a biopsy to be sure. the office staff are excellent.
