Exceptional service – The staff is very nice and helpful.Everything was taking care off in a timely matter.Dr. Ackerman is very knowledgeble and professional.The appointment was in time and took me less then 30 minutes for the visit.I will recommend Dr Ackerman to anybody who needs exeptional service .

Happy with the doctor! – Have been to many other dermatologists for acne without improvements, my personal physician referred me to this doctor, believe me, it is the best thing yet. I'm happy with this doctors service and knowledge of her profession. she has been very good. Good job, keep it up.

Properly attentive to me – I came here to have my tattoos removed. I am very happy with the outcome and it didn't hurt that bad. I would recommend treatment from Dr. Ackerman to others who need their tattoos removed.

Always quite attentive and pleasant – I've been treated by Dr. Ackerman 5 or 6 times for various problems. She has always been professional, courteous, quick but cautious in explaining, diagnosing, treating, and follow-up. She is pleasant, courteous, a bit talkative. She is obviously very busy, but has always been properly attentive to me as to bedside manner.

GREAT doctor! – This is a great doctor. Yes, you nay have to wait but she is very thorough. Before going to her we had been to several dermatologists for a recurring problem the last few years. She was able to take cultures and diagnose the problem. Yes, she has tried several combinations of medicines to alleviate the problem but she is very good. She even came in on a day off to follow up. You NEVER HEAR of that. SHE is excellent.

The best in my book – I found Dr. Ackerman to be a well informed friendly doctor. I have been to many dermatologists over the years with my Psoriasis and the Dr. Ackerman was phenomenal. She helped with a new treatment that has been effective. I had an emergency issue when I first began treatment and she saw me that day. I felt well cared for and safe in her hands. I am happy that I found her and also thankful for the reviews that led me to her.

Great and very helpful – The office staff greeted me and was very friendly. The wait in the office was not long at all. When the Dr. came into the exam room she was very nice and took her time to listen to me and my frustration over my adult acne problem. She went over how to provide relief both from a cosmetic and pain standpoint. I thought she was great and very helpful.

Phenomenal Doctor – First off I must say that I am very puzzled about the negative post that were made about Dr. Ackerman. This Dr. has been nothing more than phenomenal. I started treatment with her a couple of months ago after many years of struggling with acne. I have been to many Drs. in NYC who were not able to help me the way Dr. Ackerman has done in the past couple of months. I have cystic acne which is one of the more severe formes of acne. Dr Ackerman was great – She was very informative and made recommendations that worked that no other dermatologist had even tried. I felt she was very caring and helpful and I will return.
