They take care of issues ridiculously quickly and it's always done professionally
First off.. management is super nice. These are nice modern apartments with plenty of space for dogs to run and play Lots of parking for you and the family to park Awesome place, good people.
They have gotten worse over time with upkeep and communication. They said the maintenance of grass in the backyard was the responsibility of the renter even though it doesn't say that anywhere in the lease after them refusing to cut the grass for months after winter. They gave no proof of it being the renter's responsibility either other than just their word. They changed the grass to wood chips even though many residents have kids/dogs. I've lived here for several years, and with the property under new management, they are making steady improvements. It's nice to see what's coming! I love all the natural light and access to walking paths here.
