I see that a majority of the reviews state that they "wish they started this program sooner"! So True!!! I've been going to Dr. Nancy for about a month now and I can't say enough good things about this program. I feel so much better than I did a month ago. I'm wearing clothing that I couldn't wear for a long time. I've lost 12 pounds and I'm not hungry because I am allowed to eat quite a bit of food. More than I'm used to. I can’t tell people enough about the program him and his wife have. I feel better now than ever. Sleep through the night and me finally eating three meals a day I have lost 42 pounds. I haven’t ever met a doctor that hasn’t yelled at me, scolded me, or called me fat UNTIL I met Dr. Mark. So saying thank you doesn’t seem like enough. I’ll keep spreading the word and hope everyone will go see what your office has to offer
Dr Mark is amazing! I've been on the program for a month now! I feel great and I'm down 11 pounds...he performed an allergy cleanse last week and I haven't had to take my allergy meds since. I've been on meds for over ten years as I'm allergic to dogs/cats, but can't give up my babies... dr mark has made living with them so much easier without the sleepy allergy meds! Thanks Dr Mark!!!
