CRA was recommended by a close friend. Mike and Andy are the quintessential ambassadors of good, personal, customer service. I felt their genuine disappointment regarding the cost of repair, and my trust wasn't displaced. Truth Be Told, repairing VW Beetles is laborious. They came recommended by some friends of mine and now I will recommend. Great service and very reasonable pricing! Mike and Andy are very personable and I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of at all considering a lot of mechanics would being a woman. Will definitely go again the next time my car needs service.
