Horrible staff. They do not tell you how much they charge, until you sign a lease. The main so call sales leader name Phillip is a full blown swindler. To him getting you to sign a lease before finding out the total cost--is his end game. Stay away until you have a legal rep. with you who knows sales. They rape your private bank account for high costs that were never explained, like the assisted living costs which are extremely high. The only thing i noticed is that the setting was good. FANTASTIC INDEPENDENT LIVING!!! – My mom lives here and I can't say enough about these people!! They go out of their way to make everyone feel at home and socialize with others. Mom has made many new friends and loves the group excursions, even tho she still drives and can do her own thing! It seems everything has been thought of to meet the needs of active retirees, great food, beautiful building.
