It's a good place to live and it has many perks it's close to shopping, places to eat and the transit station for public transportation. The staff has changed so many times since we have moved in almost 4 years ago but they have worked with us when we were going through hard times.
Overall very happy, would love more visitor spots and the ability to have temp parking permits for family visiting longer than 7 days but less than 30 days.
Cherry Knoll is a lovely community. The office staff is helpful, well informed, and courteous. The maintenance staff almost always resolves the maintenance issue in one visit! The grounds are well kept, and the amenities are great!
Leading agent Miss Apryl Barkley made mine and my husband move so easy and pleasant. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the property.
