Cherry Knoll Apartments is a wonderful community! This community delivers on its promises. I can always count on professional and fast maintenance service. I am always provided with exceptional customer service whenever there’s a problem (which has been very rare). I have dealt with major life changing events that have affected my living arrangements in this community; management at Cherry Knoll have always gone ABOVE and BEYOND in assisting in such matters. Do Not Rent Here! This complex and the management are horrendous. The apartments are overpriced and not luxurious and the management is incompetent. When I moved in, I brought my own washer and dryer with me and had both put in to my unit. When I moved out, Antonio, sent me a bill for the washer and dryer - which were mine to begin with and a threat that if I did not pay, he would turn me over to collections.
