Mike was very thorough and helpful in deciding which trim was most ideal for my needs. He made a usually dreadful dealership experience an entertaining and memorable one. Mike is definitely not the typical pushy salesman but is instead laidback and attentive to what the customer wants not what the dealership wants/needs. This dealership treats its customers well. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and directed where to park. They started cleaning my interior. I then worked with Will Pulistar and he was great. He provided me with an explanation of the services my vehicle needed. He sent me a link to track the progress which was helpful. My loaner vehicle was ready and off I went.
