RecommendedLet me say first: The nurse, therapist, house keep are so awesome! The are always clean and helpful. They call and keep me up to date about anything concerning my mother.. Now the real part!! Dr. Hernando Carter, MD Dr Carter is the worst!! Every time i call him, he never answers. I contacted him on several occasions to fill out FMLA paperwork. Dr. Carter never spoke with me or contacted me. This went on for over 2 months, then finally he sign the papers. but it was too late. He doesnt care about his patients or their family... read more
Staff friendly, helpful, Clean
This facility deserves 5 stars plus. I've had physical rehab here on three different occasions 3 weeks each time. I must say that I was very pleased with the facility and staff. This time was superior in the quality of staff and the beauty and cleanness of the facility. I met all of my rehab goals due to the integrity of everyone involved, they were professional, diligent, kind and caring. I think what I truly appreciated was the hands on administrator that the staff told me that he worked with the staff in every area. Again... read more
