I lived in one of these duplexes for nearly 15 months. The location was convenient for me. I too would praise the landscaping and snow removal services. The unit I occupied backed up to the hill along Maple Hill Dr, so during the winter months the unit received little sunlight. Lived here for a few years while in medical school. I enjoyed the unit but getting things fixed was difficult and they took way too much of the security deposit (almost all of it) for cleaning which should be minimal cost in my opinion. I also left my unit extremely clean as I was the only person who lived in the 3 bedroom unit and spent most of my time studying. Nice place but expect to be overcharged.

Loved this place for the two years that we have been here! Prompt service and very nice people in the management. However 2022 so far has been a nightmare! And mainly due to the snow! I still give a 5/5 to the management in all other departments. In the defense of the management they did give us a notification that the snow ploughs had Cherie Hill the last on their priority list as they had come to an agreement late in the season. The overall living experience here is great! I don't think it is fair to give a ONE- star rating for delayed snow removal because these ratings should sum up the overall experience.
