We lived here for over 10 years . Felix is an amazing manager . He made us feel so welcomed and always took care of any of our needs. The only reason I have given cherry creek 4 stars is the parking situation. I lived in the very back 1 hr 1 bath 1 detached car garage . We had to park our other cars over 1 mile a way most days . Parking is horrible . I would have rather seen cars Infront of my apartment then the beautiful back area . Don't get me wrong it's so beautiful where I was at ,super green,lots of trees. The atmosphere is good in this place but where the laundry is of bad service there are almost no dryers you have to be waiting for one to dry because the mayaria is broken or not dry your clothes well and you have to pay again to dry them or many of the times you have to go to wash to another laundry and you can wash right here in the poorly served apartments.
