I used to live in that property for about 10 years, but since the manager Yolanda came to this place everything was worst. She is very rude and complicated person, she messed up with the tenants life and is very nosy. She is racist even she said she is not. Does not matter if you do the right thing at the end she is going against you. If you call for any problem in your apartment she always try to accuased you that is your fault. Lived here for a year. Yolanda the manager is amazing and very helpful. Maintenance is there whenever you need. And the living area is very quiet. Overall a very nice place to live.

My experience at this apartment was very disappointing. We had a cockroach problem throughout the unit, and when we first brought it up, Yolanda blamed us and made it difficult before trying to get rid of the issue(they never got rid of the cockroaches we had to move). She was also very intrusive and unprofessional, often talking about other tenants behind their backs. Between the pest problems, lack of professionalism, and overall discomfort, I would not recommend renting here.
