I understand a small shop not taking returns.. but when an item smells so foul that it’s unwearable, exceptions must be made.. “if the items smelled so bad, why didn’t you notice in the first place”? Well.. while skimming for this quick (no need to try on) grab and go purchase, we were too distracted commenting on the abundant smell of B.O. in the back area and didn’t feel the need to put it to a “smell test”. I went into this shop to buy a shirt for work, as soon as I walked in there was a strong smell of body odor coming from the back. I purchased an extremely overpriced top against my better judgement because I was in a hurry and needed something. I didn’t get a mile down the road before the entire car smelled like FISH. I went right back and kindly explained the situation and the counter girl told me they don’t take returns and that she didn’t smell anything, so basically accused me of lying for absolutely no reason 🤦🏽♀️.
