Elizabeth did an amazing job on my 16-year-old daughter's hair, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I have never left the salon without feeling very happy with my hair! Alexis is so knowledgeable about what she does and she is great at talking you through your appointment and what would be best for your hair. Highly recommend!
I chose this salon based on their reputation for blonding services and communicated clearly that I wanted cool/ashy tones and front hairline grey coverage. I also stated I did not want any red or brassy tones. I worked with Alexis, and after the appointment my hair had visible red/brassy tones and my greys were still present. I reached out the next day and followed up again after no response.
