If i could give zero stars i would one of their employees yelled over an elderly woman that was trying to simply ask questions about what was wrong with her car as she was yelled over the guy said "we dont have to keep patching up your car" very disrespectful and rude i can only imagine how that guy acts when nobody's looking truly disgusting.
I went to this place for a simple emissions test and everything that day seemed fishy from how they handled me and other patrons of the shop. I personally do mechanic work and some of the details I overheard them tell to other customers was appalling and fictitious. Be weary before allowing them to service your vehicle. I personally just chalked that money up but I definitely will never return for anything and I mean not nothing at all
I’ve been coming here for a while, and you can definitely feel the change in management but in a good way! Mitchell helped me this time. he was super friendly, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated the extra attention to detail. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
