I will never forget how poorly I was treated here and how I was lied to.
They can improve by refunding gap insurance and extended warranties to customers who have purchased cars from them and refinanced. I have provided proof that my loan was paid off on 1/18/19 and I still have not received a refund. I have called countless times (Miss Peggy probably recognizes my voice by now), left voicemails, and still no check.
