I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They put me into more debt than I could handle. When I went to sell the car back to them, they didn't even give me blue book! The management is a joke. Joshua Richey is unprofessional as you can get. And forward this to Parks: Carvana gave me 10,200 for my car, jokes on y'all. 🤷 The managers, service manager and one car salesman tried to make a dent on the roof a my car a much bigger deal than it was. Drove from Alabama to purchase our new car. Sales team was great! Shout out to Mike S. and Paul G. for making the process so easy! We arrived and literally all we had to do was sign the papers. We will buy our next car from Hyundai of Kennesaw in the future! Great price and 1st class dealership.
WARNING! Don’t give these people ANY of your information! They will harass the hell out of you! My husband made an appointment to get our car serviced a week in advance. When I arrived no one paid me any attention. They all acted as if I were invisible. When I finally got someone to speak with me, I was told I did not have an appointment and would have to wait 4 hours. No apology for the mix up or anything. Appointment times should mean something. When you schedule an appointment at 11, it should not be 12:10 when they finally take your car to be looked at. If I had all day to waste, I wouldn't have made an appointment. Please respect my time!
