Was late to my appointment due to road closure, called back because psychiatrist tried to call me. It was not my psychiatrist which is fine but the operator on the phone didn’t offer to put her back on the line. I got there right in time for me to be too late and I could have been speaking to her sooner. He gave me a bit of attitude when he refused to let me see her.
