I wish I could rate 0 stars for this place. I'm only living here because my family can't really afford anything better. If you're trying to move in here good luck. There's always something that needs fixing, roaches come out after a few days of living here (and after a year you'll see about hundreds of them all over your house at night. You'll have MANY sleepless nights in these apartments dealing with roaches.) and the landlords just don't care at all about the quality of these apartments. We have had a plumbing problem where we can't use the bathroom without flooding the bathroom and hallway. Its going over a week and nothing has been done. Edit: The dumpsters are overflowing with trash and furniture. The garbage people won't touch it looking like that, so it keeps getting worse.

The unit gives a great impression, as it has been updated. The quality is poor. You can hear and small everything. Building V is under new management which is unresponsive. The building is supposed to be smoke free, but people are smoking in their Unit and around the building. The place smells terrible from the moment you walk into it. If you stay for a visit you come out smelling like cigarette smoke.
