My salesman, Jailen Robinson, was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient throughout the whole process. He wasn’t your average, pushy salesperson, but was available for any questions. The approval process was quick, thanks to Mr Ivan Green and his team. I went in requesting a preowned car, and drove off with a brand new; all within 3 hours. I’m a very happy and pleased customer!

Staff are friendly and efficient. Waiting area is clean and supplied with coffee. Wait time seemed long for simply an oil change and tire rotation. Car comes out nice and clean every time, though.

Service was great. Had no issues and they were very qick with my service time.
I had my 5,000 mile service performed and Ryan Myers was the person that took care of the process. Including any recalls and tire rotation. His service was outstanding.

I should’ve paid closer attention to what they were charging me. I don’t think I got a very good deal. I paid less than they wanted me to, but I didn’t get much knocked off the asking price I think in hindsight there was some creative accounting going on and since I’m a bottom line guy, I just got them to go lower than what they wanted me to pay, but they should should’ve gone even lower, so the moral to the story is look at every line item before you agree to what to pay!!
