I am in town looking for a great place to eat, we called Cherokee cattle company looking for some information on the food that they served. The manager, Mike, was not only helpful but he was extremely enthusiastic in telling us about the incredible quality of the food that is served in their establishment. He went into great detail on their steaks and informed us that everything served there is beyond fresh and seemed excited to meet us! Thanks for the delicious cheesecake that you made as a tribute to our deceased friend. We served it at his wake and everyone said it was the best they have ever had.

It just doesn't get any better!!!! Yummy!! Had the potato skins, side salad and cowboy ribeye with sautéed mushrooms. Also had a yummy Texas kicking Margarita and topped it all off with slice of cheesecake.
My friends and I had a nice leisurely lunch. The wait staff and servers were very attentive and prompt with our drink and food orders. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection at medium rare. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at CCC during this busy Christmas season. Merry Christmas and thank you for a great dining experience.
