Dr Chernoff is a excellent surgeon, I came into his office needing some advice, I had black market silcone injected into my hips and butt and the doctors were saying I might have to have it cut, but thanfully with Dr Chernoff consulation I didnt have to get cut into, so I am dreaming of the day when he makes the incision to do give me my breast, got a little bit more saving to do but when I am ready Im coming to him (this coming from one of his Indianapolis, Indiana pts)
