I can't recommend Renato from Chernaya Bridal House enough. He is amazing! I've had a bit of a disaster with my original wedding dress. I bought from a bridal shop in Michigan in January of this year. It's now July, and I recently found out that the bridal shop I bought my dress from had permanently closed with no notice or delivery of my dress. I highly recommend this store! I walked in with a Bridal look in mind and Renato helped me achieve that. I told him my budget and he helped me stay in the budget AND helped me fulfill my dream look. There was ZERO pressure during the entire process. The only sense of urgency is the timeline of the creation of the dress - it can take 9-12 months, so shop early! If I could give 0 stars, I would. On their website, they claim to work with prestigious bridal designers. But the information is vague — there isn’t even a proper section showing which designers or gowns they actually carry. They don’t display a single real photo of these supposed gowns, not on their website and not when you ask directly.
