Marcella Allen was superb! I had to seek Chermol & Fishman for disability appeal. Marcella walked me through the whole process and made it less stressful. She always made herself available and always called back when I left a vm. I am very grateful for I won the appeal and now can relax. Thank you Marcella and Chermol and Fishman. Great experience. Absolutely would recommend Chermol & Fishman. I’m in my early 30s and had a hard time getting disability my fight went on almost 2 years. I cannot explain how happy we were with the services provided by Chermol & Fishman! After 2 years of dealing with Social Security everything was FINALLY approved. In the beginning of filing for my severely disabled sister I didn't even think I would need attorney, but having one made my life so much easier. I was mis represented. They didn’t even give me an actual lawyer. Some hack job that didn’t take my case serious. Was required to give the judge one document missing that would have made it a success. But alas the fake lawyer they sent Sandy Farm was completely non impathrtic and didn’t not take notes for me or anything. Do not trust these people to do anything for you. Look for a in your pen state lawyer. Never higher someone from out of your county or state.
