I saw Dr. Cherrella urgently and he was great. He gave me options for my treatment and together, we decided what was best for me. He was friendly and very professional. His staff was wonderful and friendly. This office will be my permanent podiatry office for any future issues.
bathroom was always dirty. Gloomy waiting room. Very tight office and treatment rooms. Overwhelmed staff. Inadequate and incorrect information. Questionable treatment. Refused to forward or release records to another provider. Projection of recovery incorrect. Tried to be flexible and personable, because he wanted you to keep coming so he could bill insurance. Should have taken xrays and did not. Lied about reporting to another doctor re care.
