Purchased few Stainless steel storage containers (Dabba) of different sizes. Excellent quality. Some sizes have a see through window. I also purchased a Premier Mixer Grinder which came with 3 steel jars plus a juice jar. Very satisfied with the Mixer Grinder. Prices are also reasonable. Would recommend Chennai Store.
Disgusting customer service, Threatening customers is disgraceful behaviour after receiving broken pot And ignoring my emails, finally got a response after posting the review and now they refuse to refund me until I take the review down. How can I trust this company after ignoring me to take down my review. They ignored my emails for a week but suddenly now responding with threats and blaming the courier company when u didn’t pack the pot safely. It came with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it.
