Bought my brass pongal panai today. I got so excited seeing this and a few other items from their collection they’re all so beautiful, like in India. The prices are very reasonable too. Truly a happy shopping experience!
Hi I bought a few items from this store and many items were missing I called and called and they don’t answer their phone. I will be making a complaint as one of the items I didn’t receive was a pressure cooker I bought two and the one received does not work properly. I will have to notify my solicitor to get refund if items not received. A woman was packing to send so careless did not send all items but took full amount. Disappointing coming from my country.
I live in New Zealand . Ordered stuff from Chennai Store . They have dispatched goods with excellent packing. Excellent communication as well. They need to include New Zealand delivery option also to the website.
