was looking for a bronze uruli(cooking grade), which isn’t easy to find here in Australia. Thankfully, I found it at Chennai store and at such an affordable price too! Really happy with the purchase.
If there is a word that describe poor even more I would have used it here. Extremely poor communication .. no customer service at all. The staff are really unprofessional, I tried to message them a few times in regards to a delayed order .. they ignored my messages and my calls. The parcel when it finally arrived after I chased it for two weeks, came poorly packaged, which lead to it being torn from multiple places. I don't recommend this store at all. Not happy with them at all and wouldn’t give them a star even!!!
Ordered a Roti Tawa and look at the quality guys- it’s absolutely disgusting. Rusty and dirty. Won’t be ordering from here again.
