I’m writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care and communication provided by the referral department and Manager at Dedicated Senior Medical Center. My mother has been waiting weeks for an urgent referral (biopsy) to determine whether her nodules are cancerous. Throughout this time, we have encountered unacceptable delays, mismanagement, and poor communication. I would give zero stars if I could. They are liars stating that they have resources that they do not, such as specialists, imaging, etc. when they really do not. My grandparents were scammed into changing them to their PCP. Do not fall for it as well.
Friendly helpful and professional!
Unfortunately terrible service for my grandmother. It's horrifying how they let her fall through the cracks. I have no words.
