I've been a patient here for several years and I'm always happy with my visits. Dr. Bruening is always so kind, attentive, & thorough. Very reasonable waiting room times, and the staff at the front desk is easy to work with re scheduling & payments. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.
Do NOT waste your time with this place!! Kristen Bruening is a complete unprofessional joke of a PA-C. After reading other reviews, it’s very clear that I am not the only one that feels like that! She wrote the wrong instructions for dosage on one of my medications that frankly could have killed me! She does NOT listen to your concerns, and is not caring at all. I will be filing a complaint with the Nebraska Medical Board as she should NOT be allowed to practice ANYWHERE!! Stay away from this place if you value your health!!
Very frustrating experience. For a few months they were very attentive and seemed dedicated to finding the root to my chronic pain. After being on a prescription for about a year I had to call the office to do a checkup in order to refill it. After multiple voicemails I never got a call back nor a message on MyChart so I just had to stop taking my medication which was a muscle relaxer/anxiety medication.
