Do NOT waste your time with this place!! Kristen Bruening is a complete unprofessional joke of a PA-C. After reading other reviews, it’s very clear that I am not the only one that feels like that! She wrote the wrong instructions for dosage on one of my medications that frankly could have killed me! She does NOT listen to your concerns, and is not caring at all. I will be filing a complaint with the Nebraska Medical Board as she should NOT be allowed to practice ANYWHERE!! Stay away from this place if you value your health!!
Very frustrating experience. For a few months they were very attentive and seemed dedicated to finding the root to my chronic pain. After being on a prescription for about a year I had to call the office to do a checkup in order to refill it. After multiple voicemails I never got a call back nor a message on MyChart so I just had to stop taking my medication which was a muscle relaxer/anxiety medication. I went into Cheney Ridge Family Medical for an appointment today with Kristen Bruening (my first appointment with her) since my doctor (Amy A.) relocated to Ashland. I was stunned to find that Kristen was very uninterested in helping me. I found her to be unfeeling and very militant in her interaction with me. She did not listen to my requests, and basically told me to go to an OBGYN as she didn't want to help me.
