Very frustrating experience. For a few months they were very attentive and seemed dedicated to finding the root to my chronic pain. After being on a prescription for about a year I had to call the office to do a checkup in order to refill it. After multiple voicemails I never got a call back nor a message on MyChart so I just had to stop taking my medication which was a muscle relaxer/anxiety medication. I went into Cheney Ridge Family Medical for an appointment today with Kristen Bruening (my first appointment with her) since my doctor (Amy A.) relocated to Ashland. I was stunned to find that Kristen was very uninterested in helping me. I found her to be unfeeling and very militant in her interaction with me. She did not listen to my requests, and basically told me to go to an OBGYN as she didn't want to help me. Our new physician Kristin Bruening was quite careless in all honesty. I would definitely not recommend her at this office.
