The Doctor is fine. The billing department is near criminal. The office requires payment in advance even for fully insured patient, and a high payment. When the insurance claim is processed, they will max out the claims, get paid by insurance, and keep your advanced payment. I have been waiting to get nearly 2k dollars returned to me from this office that I had to charge on a personal credit card prior to surgery 2 months ago. I can't say enough about Dr. Belazi. She is truly one of the sweetest doctors I've had the pleasure of knowing. She delivered my daughter in 2011 and made me feel so comfortable. For my annual check ups she takes the time out of her busy schedule to talk to me about family and stressors. She just makes me feel at ease. She is very supportive and extremely knowledgeable.

I love Dr Bechtel and my entire family sees him. We have been going to his office for over 20 yrs. He is very patient and has great bedside manners. I think he is a great doctor. I do have issues with his staff at times. They are not always patient oriented and I have had incidents that were confrontational. Totally unacceptable. He seems to have s high turnover in n staffing minus a few that have been with him got many years. His two greatest employees are Lisa a MA and office managerJudy in my book. Dr. Belazi is the absolute BEST! She is so personable and truly listens to her patients and goes the extra mile. If you need a call back, she calls, if you need an appt, she adds you on. She NEVER rushes you, and fully explains everything!

I have been seeing Dr Martinez and Dr Delia for almost 30 years and highly recommend them. I have seen other doctors and practitioners in their practice and have no complaints.

Never met her but already know I wouldn’t recommend. Had an 8:50 AM appointment for my 14 mo old son, took us up at 9:15, then proceeded to wait another hour before seeing doc. Kid fell asleep! Completely disrespectful. I’ve never met you, and this is the first impression you want to leave? Luckily, the Internet has solutions for disgraceful people like this. If you value your time, do not go here. They obviously don’t value it.
