She's takes her time when you're in the room with her. Sounds knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Her office and staff is a different story. They book multiple people for the same time slot so you end up waiting an hour to be seen past your appointment time. What's the point of telling me to be early when you have me waiting there for an hr anyway. Staff is rude on the phones and no different in person.
Dr. Chen is very nice and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and listens to questions and answers them patiently. I trust Dr. Chen 100%. The office staff is sometimes rude, sometimes curt. Trying to schedule an appointment is difficult. Have been put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and call back only to be placed back on hold. Have been overcharged many times but when you call them they cut out a check pretty quickly.
Dr. Chen's office is rude and disorganized. They sent me to collections for a $100 bill for my child's eye exam that they had mailed to the wrong address. I moved 3 years ago and they had not updated their records. We had been loyal patients, but they sent a small bill to collections instead of trying to reach us. Do not take a chance with this office. It is a machine with no personal connection.
