Dr. Wendy Martinez was the coldest, meanest most unprofessional, person I have ever encountered. I will never return to that office.
Dr. Kharkover has been our pediatricians since 2008. I have 3 kids and they all like him. He is very thorough and always takes his time. He is natural with kids. He is affiliated at Overlook Hospital and according to the nurses there, he is one of the best pediatrics in the Hospital. He is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He answers emergency calls. His staff have changed over the years and they are always nice to us. We have no complaints.
I have been patient of Dr. Bechtel's around 20 years. He has always been attentive and caring. I have never had problems with office staff. I would highly recommend.
Dr Gatti is an amazing and very thorough doctor! He follows up with patients to make sure we feel better. He has a very gentle and kind bedside manner.
Super fast, rushed visits. You can tell he says/does the same scripted routine with all his patients. With my nearly teenage daughter he was using stuffed animals, and saying the same quick things he probably says to much younger kids. We went for about 4-5 visits and all felt identical in what he said/did/and all were done in haste. We travel an hour for barely an “exam”. The last straw was during a visit during covid. Just brought my son for exam upon recommendation from Facebook group. Office is very nice. Temperature taken socially distanced seating and everyone maser and gloved. Dr Chen was very kind and her efficient. She was able to get so much information on my wiggly 2 yr old. I have no hesitation recommending her
Dr Chen cares for 3 of my children. She diagnosed an optic disorder on my daughter and was so helpful in getting her treated. She called to make sure everything was ok. She is very experienced and caring. You can’t go wrong
Dr Chen operated on my daughter for an eye muscle problem and my daughters eyes are perfect. She was highly recommended by pediatrician and I can see why. Waiting times can be sometimes a little long but Dr. Chen is worth the wait.
Waste of time. Staff made us an appointment for our autistic son. Group home took him along with his father. After finding the office they said they would not see him for a routine check up even though he has a complicated history with his eyes. The doctor's office was very rude and had no patience for our son and his disability. Would never recommend this doctor ever.
