This is not a practice I would go to. One of your hygienists laughed at an immigrant child with hearing disabilities who was forced to leave the US without her hearing aids. A health care professional who thinks it’s funny to make fun of children with disabilities should NOT be working with children in any capacity. What kind of office are you that you would employ someone like this?
She is a very knowledgeable and empathetic doctor. Staff is so friendly and efficient. Ivd been going here for a while. I recommend if you need a dentist in Pleasanton.
I drive from Monterey to see Dr. Chen. She has been my trusted dentist for years, as well as my family's because of her quality of care, her interest in patients, and the welcoming staff. She is excellent at what she does. Highly recommend.
Dear Premier Dental Care, I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with Dr. Lin Lin Chen. During my appointment yesterday, she performed three fillings on my teeth, but the experience was distressing. A mouth prop was placed, and I struggled to breathe, which led me to remove it. Unfortunately, Dr. Chen did not seem to show any sympathy for my discomfort.
