I drive 45 min from my home to come here instead of going to a local dentist because of the relationship that Dr. Chen and I have. She and her husband are some of the most amicable, understanding, experienced, and wise people that I have ever met. They are super friendly. I once had my guitar with me, and they let me practice in front of them (I only knew one song at the time). Communication about insurance and copays is great - just ask them if something's unclear to you.
