I have been a patient of Dr. Chen for over 10 yrs. I have confidence in his knowledge and experience. I find him to be patient and understanding. He answers any questions I have about my condition and medications. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His staff reflects his values being, kind, patient, understanding and flexible.
Dr. Chen's office was recommended to me by a family member. Dr. Chen and his assistant Martha are wonderful! They are very attentive and I always make me feel comfortable. It is sometimes hard to find the right fit when looking for a doctor so I am so glad that Dr. Chen's office was recommended to me.
I really like Dr. Chen. Been a patient of his for about 2 years now, after struggling for years to find a decent Dr. after my previous psychiatrist retired. He's not perfect, as he doesn't usually go all that deep into anything beyond symptoms and med management, but he's not a/my therapist so it's not a big deal for me, but I know for some that might be important or good to know. Dr. Chen is excellent at noticing subtle details in behavior and conditions and adjusting medications based on that! He's very responsive to questions and generally pays attention to what I've said about my present emotions. He changed my medications shortly after I started seeing him, and the change has been excellent for my mental health and sleep.
Dr Chen zeroed in my issue right away. This after 30 years of trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Many other Dr.'s and medical professionals did not come close to anything satisfactory. In truth it has been life changing. Thank you Dr. Chen.
I would highly recommend Dr. Chen! I first started seeing him 15+ years ago and he has always treated me with professionalism, kindness, and patience. He doesn't over medicate or unnecessarily push meds and really works and converses with the patient to find out what they need in a gentle manner. I trust him and his staff 100% with my care. The office staff is also very sweet, kind, and professional and his office and waiting room is always clean and comfortable to visit.
I cant even express my gratitude for Dr. Chen. I truly believe he helped save my life. I’ve been seeing Dr Chen for 14 years now. I’ve moved and still drive almost an hour to see him. Yes - I have recommended him to family and friends. I have been seeing him for over 8 years. I find him to be knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. He has seen me through episodes of depression and anxiety. He works with me to prescribe the right medications. I would also like to compliment his staff for responding efficiently to my requests.
