Had the opportunity to speak with a former employee of Chem-Wise. I did not realize the significant and extensive amount of training required for certification Chem-Wise demands of its employees. All of its employees must be licensed and state certified. Where most companies only require the branch manager to be certified. I assume this is why the owner treats his employees with great appreciation in comparison to other companies in the field. I hired Chem-Wise to help me eliminate ants in my house. The only good thing I can say that they were always on time and acted professionally. Unfortunately my problem was never resolved even though they came to my house 5 times. They continuously told me I have to wait more time to see the results. I'm waiting for 5 months now with no results. They refused to issue the refund on the ground they did the work. But what work is worth if it produce NO RESULTS. I feel it is not honest.
