Terrible Service I had sugar ants coming out of my cabinets in my new house. I was told the only time they could come out to treat was around 10 a.m. I was at work during those hours so I stupidly agreed to allow them access to my house. Dave, the owner, explained that the outside would be sprayed and that the inside would be treated as well. RecommendedThe customer support is fantastic. They come between visits if/when necessary. I moved into an older home that had a lot of creepy crawly things. Marty and Tim were able to rid my house of them all. I highly recommend Chem Wise.

I previously had a little hiccup with the company during my scheduled appt, however, thankfully Luke went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service. My parents had a bee hive issue and Luke made sure it was resolved within 24 hrs from me speaking to him. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you once again for all of your help. This week I said good bye to the pest control company that we have been using for the last 3 years. Their service was inconsistent at best. I said hello once again to Chemwise. We used Chemwise when we lived in Naperville and loved how knowledgeable and helpful they were. When we moved here I did not know the Rolling Meadows location also served Wood Dale. We have been working with Chem-wise for years. They are always professional and kind, but most importantly, effective! We have had a couple of infestations they helped us survive and made the changes they recommended to avoid revisiting that scenario. It had been good to learn about the effects of the products they use and have confidence that there is an ecological consciousness in their work.
I give Chem Wise 5plus stars! We have used them for the past 3 years- I highly recommend them. We ALWAYS have “Mike” who is professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. They stand by their work and respond very quickly!! Love them!!
I've used service by Chem-Wise for years and have never been disappointed. Derek came out to do a treatment 2 days ago. He was so nice and truly listened to me. I haven't seen a living stink bug (or any other unwanted bug) since!
