I called Chem-Dry on a Friday and was treated very courteously. Given very little notice, they were able to help me out by scheduling an emergency carpet cleaning for Monday even though they had an already full schedule. The young man who came in to do the carpets did so in a very professional manner and the carpets look great. Highly recommend.

Boston did a great job cleaning our carpets. They not only turned out fantastic but he was very professional and helpful with answering my questions about our carpet and cleaning process. We have had chem dry clean our carpets for 17 years and have loved how well our carpet has turned out each time.
Boston showed up within the two hour window, was very polite and professional. The job he did on our carpet was amazing, we have older worn carpeting and it always looks amazing after he cleans it. This is the second time he has cleaned our carpets in the last year and both times he has come he has been very polite and very professional. He is very efficient too. I am extremely pleased with my recent carpet cleaning from Quality Touch Chem-Dry. The company was acquired by a new owner and I was a little concerned that I wouldn't receive the same good service I had gotten over the past 18 years. I can honestly say, that John's service was even better than before. (And my service was great before). My carpets feel and look just like they did when we had then installed.
