I highly recommend Quality Touch Chem Dry-Dry, their technition Boston was very helpful and answered questions that we had with a possible pet urin issue at one of our rentals. Boston used a black light system and was able to show us the areas that had urin. He did not try to over sell or upsell us anything. We are very happy with Boston and Quality Touch and will be using them from hear on out. The carpet looked new when they finished and the odors/smells were eliminated. Great Service. Seth called to confirm appointment and location. He showed up early which was great!! He reviewed what needed to be done, confirmed the price and started right in. The carpets are beautiful. He took extra time and care on the stairs. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry.

Boston did a great job. We bought our house 18 months ago and it had 16 years of grime in the tile grout and the indentations in the tile. Looks as good as new now. Boston is a great representative for your business.. pleasant and fun to have in our home.
I just recently had our carpet cleaned. Boston was professional and courteous. He was very through, taking special care on the high traffic areas and heavily soiled areas. The carpet is 5 years old and looks great. I would highly recommend Chem Dry.
