Steven did a great job!! Quick, efficient and polite.
We absolutely loved the service from Boston and this company. We have a pet issue in our basement and they were able to clean that up completely! They were thorough informed us of what they were doing at all times, and were very careful about our home and the items in it. I would recommend them to anyone!

When I called to make the appointment I was asked if after Thanksgiving would be ok and I told the receptionist that if you were booked out that would be fine but I had family coming Thanksgiving weekend and she rechecked the schedule and told me that someone could come out the next day. When I called to schedule a cleaning I was slightly nervous that Chemdry wouldnâ??t be able to get me in very soon. They got me scheduled for a cleaning within a few days. Boston, our technician, came during the scheduled arrival time. He was quick and efficient and left our carpets looking amazing. He explained how to best care for our carpet moving forward. I wish I had done the carpet cleaning sooner! The whole process was simple and not nearly as daunting as I had suspected it to be.
