I had some bad pee spots casued by my dog and I needed the odor to be removed quickly b/c I had some family coming in. I called Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and the lady on the phone explained everything and the process. I needed them to come out same day and they were able to fit me in. Wow I didnt think the odor would be able to be removed but they did it.

Excellent work! This is my 2nd time using Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and what makes them different from others is the quality of their machines and cleaning solutions. Both times I had heavily stained carpets and both times the carpet came out beautiful. The technician who cleaned my carpet was Brian. He explained the job and pricing and did an awesome job bringing my carpet back to life. My carpet was beautiful when he finished. By the time he left I already referred a neighbor who need carpets cleaned! Thanks again Brian.
I love my big dogs, but sometimes they can be a little bit of a nuisance, especially when they peed all over my living room carpet. But, Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley came out and took care of it and now they look brand new. Great Company. Efficient and professional.
