Chem-Dry did a great job of cleaning our carpets in the new home we purchased. There were some tough pet stains from the previous owners and they had to come back twice to treat them again. This wasn't anything that was their fault as they were some tough stains but after the third time the stains were 100% gone! They were very accommodating with the return visits and Michael is one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever met! I'll be using them ever time I need this service in the future!
We had an immediate need for service yesterday, and although Toby had a full schedule, he came to our house at the end of it when I'm sure he was tired, and cleaned our carpet. The results were excellent. Chen Dry works and Toby is fantastic!
Thanks, Michael, for the beautiful job you did on my carpet and furniture. I thought my old carpet was hopeless, but you cleaned it! I thought the upholstery was faded. But now it looks new. My house looks great!
