They ruined my carpet! It has a musty/moldy/dirty mop bucket smell that was not there before! i have cleaned the carpet in that room before, and never had this problem. They have been out here three times and all they have done is given me wild theories and poured more chemicals on it.
We LOVE Chem-Dry of NW Arkansas! They have cleaned our carpets and upholstery (after some pet urine accidents from our 14 year old dog) several times and we are so pleased EVERY time! Every person you interact with is professional, prompt, and friendly, which is one of the many reasons we continually use them for all our floor/couch cleaning needs. Five stars, highly recommend!!

Very professional and very friendly. The guys worked hard. They stretched my carpet, cleaned my carpet and tile and re-grouted my tub and shower. It looks awesome. Definitely a 5 star experience all around. Wouldn't use any other company!
