fits my needs Depends on what you're looking for. Dr Min and assistants take care of issues without frills efficiently and conveniently. I don't need frills, I just need good care, convenience and affordable prices. Been taking my two dogs there for years- for yearly shots, summer haircuts and occasional teeth cleaning.
bad vet, don't go here TERRIBLE! please don't take your pets here. my dog had an ear infection. the dr shaved the insides of his ears and the ears got worse overnight. i have no idea why he shaved the ears as any other vet would do a therapeutic cleanse. i ended up taking him to another (amazing) vet around the corner, dr walls, the next day. chelwayne will harm your animals. do not go here. if i could give zero stars i would. if you are in this neighborhood please go to dr walls.
HE KILLED MY MALTESE I took my 7 year old Maltese here to have her teeth cleaned. When I picked her up, she was drugged up so badly. She never came out of it. He wouldn't tell me what he gave her, pulled a tooth without doing bloodwork before hand. She died 10 days later. He refuses to pay the thousands of dollars for University of PA hospital bills for him killing my little dog. He hung up on me, medical records were fake, and he refuses to pay all costs. Frenchy Mapp my catt Dr. Min is not a man of many words but his Techs are the best they have helped my cat and me for more than 10 years, yes he is busy but his staff is the bomb his tech know how to take care and groom pets and I don't care what the cost they are animal lovers Dr. Min has the best staff and hopefully he pays them well I am takin them a tip on Monday bcause they talked about how to nurse my cat back to health on more than one occasian love your staff Dr. MIn
Good First Time Experience I brought in an abandoned kitten I found under my car. The walk in hours are very convenient and there was no wait when I came in. I found out the results of the feline leukemia and FIV tests while I waited. The price was extremely reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to bring in any animal that needed routine tests or procedures and found Dr. Min and his staff to be very professional.
Not a good experience I have been taking my two cats there over the last three years and although they are very close to my house and convenient in scheduling, I am changing vets. The actual vet is very difficult to communicate with - he does not really listen to what you are saying or take the time to answer you fully. He seems to be fine with suggesting any test or medicine if he is not sure what the problem is just to be able to charge for something. IM NOT SURE ABOUT THEM I took my puppy there because he had an ear infection and his ears were bleeding when i brought him in..i was a walk in and they took him right away. When i came to pick him up he was drugged up and sitting in a corner like a homeless dog and he couldn't walk. They gave me medicine to squeeze in his ear that I've been using for about four months and he still has an ear infection..i think it was a waist of my $100
Chelwayne Insane This Vet is the worse Vet ive encountered. hes not very thorough. I took my pup there for a first visit. He didnt examine him. check his teeth ears belly...nothing.. He simply gave him an immunization shot and sent us on our way. He also made a point of trying to sell me various products. Vitamins and grooming. really weird His asistant did most of the talking I wouldnt send my enemys' pet here. Yikes!!!
