I rarely write reviews. let's start off with how much she cares for her patients.. that's incredibly hard to find! She actually wants to help you. I've been going to her once a month for a few years and it's changed my perspective on going to the doctors. There are still good people out in the world and Chelsey is one of them.

Dr. Azer is miles ahead of any dr I have ever met or dealt with. I have always seemed to be rushed in and out of appointments almost seeming as if I was troubling the dr who was seeing me. This was absolutely not the case with dr azer. Dr. Azer has her heart in this field of work. She has always been beyond approachable, genuine, honest, and has always made me feel comfortable and heard during my visits. I have nothing but the best things to say about dr. Azer.
