Absolutely loved my experience at Chelsea Rae Salon! The atmosphere is inviting, clean, and relaxing. Carmen is an amazing stylist she really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair has never felt this soft and healthy after a relaxer treatment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. If you’re looking for a salon where you’ll leave feeling confident and pampered, this is it. Highly recommend Chelsea Rae Salon and especially Carmen!

Easily one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in with only some idea of what I wanted but was scared to have too much cut off and left with a great cut that preserved my length and made my curls look healthy and fresh. Highly recommend overall and Carmen in particular was great.

First time getting a curly cut ever! Carmen was my stylist, and I cannot say enough about how amazing she is! She listened and took the time to understand what I wanted with my hair. I have very dead hair from straightening it my whole life and was never taught how to take care of my curls. She really took the time to show and explain each step when styling which was amazing, and something I really wanted out of a stylist. The stylist rushed through my appointment and ruined my curls. The cut was awful and the color was patchy and not the color I wanted. After asking about a charge on the bill, the salon owner added an extra charge on top of that just for asking. Rude, careless, superiority complex. Didn’t even care about a client who booked two appointments two days in a row for a cut and color. I tried to get my money back for the damage and was fought tooth and nail. Trashiest place I’ve ever been.
