Absolutely horrendous management. Not willing to listen to concerns, instead become very argumentative when bringing up issues with the property. They keep replacing their property manager, and each one seems to be worse than the prior. Their management is the epitome of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Cheri, the correct property manager, is an unprofessional, rude, and incompetent individual who neglects her responsibilities, communicates poorly, and cannot be trusted to manage the apartment complex effectively. The people who work at the leasing office are lovely. I have not ever lived here so I don’t have the full picture but they all seemed great. However, don’t expect your security deposit back even if you have an emergency situation that caused you to no longer be able to live here (in my case, having to become my father’s caregiver). The community is a great place to live. Unfortunately, I live on the third floor and have had a roof leak in my closet since I have moved in. Multiple maintenance requests and weekly visits to the office have yielded ZERO progress. Things have been water damaged and has led me to use plastic storage to avoid further damage. The staff is friendly and understandable. However, I have had ZERO updates on this matter. The issue is from an “the outside contractor” and on-site maintenance can not address the issue.
