The products from Chelsea Milling Company has been a great addition to my pantry for years! It was inspirational to contact them directly. I was rewarded with a wonderful 66 page Cookbook! I’m about to start preparing a variety of my favorite fish recipes. For example Grilled Salmon or Grouper with Italian seasoning or Red Snapper with Jerk Seasoning.
