DO NOT!!! GO TO CHELSEA LUMBER! Their estimators on lumber for home building are EXTREMELY off! Was provided a quote for my entire lumber package of over $95,000 and they were short $9,500 worth of material and told me I have 5% overage. I found this after the fact of me ordering $25,000 of I-joists in which the drawings came back incorrectly forcing our home to be incorrect.
