Excellent management by current president Maritza.
This entire association is a scam. They started planting trees by the sidewalks to prevent people from parking on the grass - which is fine and we were told to park on the side of the street because our driveway does not allow for more than two cars to be parked. The PRESIDENT of the association told us this. Now we are being fined for parking where we were told $100 per day.
