Verified Renter We have lived at Chelsea by the Bay for 3 years and have enjoyed living here very much. Kim the previous manager was great and Mike our new manager is wonderful also. He is always cheerful, kind and very helpful. I always have felt safe here and it is peaceful except for airplane noise which I have gotten use to hearing and even like. There is always plenty of parking and is very convenient. I highly recommend living here.

Chelsea by the Bay I lived at Chelsea by the bay from December 2017 to October 2018. It is the perfect place to live if you want peace and quiet. Hardly anything bad happens here. Any crime related issues that did happen were due to the tenant's negligence and irresponsibility. It is conveniently located next to the bus stop and I would take 156 to go to the airport. Bad upper management I moved in with my now ex girlfriend 1 year ago. Every thing went well while we were there Kimberly the manager was awesome but on moveout I expected a small portion of my deposit back so to cleaning fees. After moveout I sent an email and called about last water Bill got no reply then on the 15th I got a Collection notice in the mail. Chelsey by the Bay Nice, quiet place tucked in the trees next to High line College and a short distance to the water. New carpet and wood laminate, washer and dryer, dish washer. Kind of small one bedroom but very convenient location.
